Frederick Lynn Thompson, 54, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Houma, died Saturday, March 7, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday, March 12, at 
Residence Baptist Church in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday 
at the church, 

with burial in Union Benevolent Cemetery. 

He is survived by his brothers, Forrest (Mary) Thompson, of Long Beach, 
California, Caril Thompson, of Houma, Marvin (Germaine) Thompson, of New 
Orleans, Darnell (Diane) Thompson, of Marrero, Bruce Thompson, of Kansas City, 
Kansas, and Gerald (Denise) Thompson, of Houma; and sisters, Arnetta (Frank) 
Hawkins, of Houma, Dayle (Willie) Bolden, of Houma, Gwendolyn (Filmore) 
Crenshaw, of Memphis, Tennessee, Elaine (John) Scott, of Houma, Sandra Peyton, 
of Mansfield, Texas, and Connie (Rodger) Richardson, of Plaquemine. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Coril and Helen Maryland Thompson; and 
brothers, James Henry and Jerome James Thompson. 

Frederick served in the U.S. Air Force. 

Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
