Sandra Hebert Toups, 69, was a native and resident of Thibodaux, La. She died 
on March 30, 2015. A memorial service will be held at Thibodaux Funeral Home in 
Thibodaux, La. On April 2, 2015 from 5pm till 7pm with a prayer service 
starting at 7pm.

She is survived by 3 children, Kelly Perque, and husband, Bobby Perque; Scott 
Toups, wife, Amy Toups; and Shelly Toups. She has 7 grandchildren, Allison and 
Mason Perque, Drake Duet, Branan Terry, Bryson, Olivia, and Georgie Toups. She 
is also survived by two brothers Eddie and Gayland Hebert.

She is preceded in by her husband, Clarence J. Toups, "C.J."; her parents, 
Eddie Hebert, Sr. and Verna Clement Ledet; and one sister, Barbara Cedatol

The family would like to thank Lafourche Home for the Aged and Bayou Medical 
Staffing for all their assistance. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Mark Hebert for his 
continuous bedside care.
