Acklin "Buck" Williams, 89, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Houma, died at 3:57 a.m. Thursday, March 19, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday, March 24, at Jones 
Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the 
funeral home, 

with burial in Southdown Cemetery. 

He is survived by his companion, Barbara Jean Brown; son, Curvin Celestine 
(Earline); stepsons, Timothy Aubert (Gwana) and Tommy Aubert (Felicia); 
numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nolan and Rachal White Williams; 
daughters, Joyce Ann Williams and Rosemary Jones; stepson, Tyrone P. Aubert 
Sr.; brother, Wallace Williams; and sisters, Mabile Collins, Ollie Williams, 
Elizabeth Thomas and Eunice Dickerson. 

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
