Hazel Ann Doucet, 79, a native of Buras and resident of Houma, passed away at 
11:15 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday, April 10, at Chauvin 
Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the 
funeral home, 

with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. 

She is survived by her daughters, Karlene Boudreaux and husband, Glynn, and 
Lisa Robichaux; son, Garret Doucet and wife, Claire; grandchildren, SaSha 
Robichaux Hodge and husband, Davis, Brandi Rhodes and husband, Chris, David 
Boudreaux, Joshua Doucet and wife, Ricki, Jade Doucet, Jordan Doucet and 
Brittany Hitt; and great-grandchildren, Kaylea Robichaux, Ally Doucet, Hailee 
Doucet, Joshua Doucet Jr., Aiden Doucet, Emma Hitt, Ethan Rhodes and Sadi 
Robichaux. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Doucet; daughter, Dawn Doucet; 
and parents, Alces and Armita Autin Brunet. 

Hazel was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. 

She was a poll commissioner in Terrebonne Parish for many years. 
She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed outings and 
other activities. 

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
