Scott Anthony Duet, 55, was born on July 28, 1959, and passed away on April 19, 
2015. 
He was born in Kingsville, TX , and was a lifelong resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at St. John the 
Evangelist Catholic Church from 8:30 AM until funeral time at 11:30 AM. 

A Christian Burial will take place at a later date.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lori Clausen Duet; children, Colt Duet 
and wife Kacey, Guy Duet and wife Kimberly, Beau Duet and girlfriend Heather 
Naquin; father, Sidney Duet, Jr.;brother, Duane Duet and wife Lisa; sister, 
Tiffany Duet; grandchildren, Destiny Melancon, Lyla Duet, Kohen Duet, Preston 
Duet, and soon- to-be born Benton Scott Duet; and his loyal dog, Priscilla and 
loving cat Tiger.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Ethel Perez Duet; and grandparents, 
Sidney Duet, Sr. and Josephine Melancon Duet, and Euclide Perez and Lillian 
Ordogne Perez.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who had a great sense of 
humor. He enjoyed spending his time fishing with his wife in Grand Isle. The 
family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff and friends at 
Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, as well as the staff at St. Joseph Hospice 
and The Thibodaux Regional Cancer Center. He will be greatly missed by all who 
knew him.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of handling the funeral arrangements.
