Helen Fay Miller, 90, left this earth peacefully in her home on Friday, April 
24th, 2015. 
She was a native of Tomball, TX and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 
p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, 
April 27, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.

She is survived by her, Sons, Tommy Miller and wife Zarin of Covington, LA and 
Paul Miller and wife Sharon of Houma, LA, 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great 
Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her, Parents, Thomas “T.C.” Cyrus 
Tanksley and Jessie June Hall Tanksley, 1 Grandchild, Sister, Mary June 
Tanksley Miles and her long-time companion “Smokie” the dog.

Our family would like to thank Dr. Russell Henry and staff, Haydel Hospice and 
all the wonderful caregivers without whom we may not have survived this 
terrible time.

In lieu of flowers our mother would have preferred contributions to The Wounded 
Warrior Project or any animal charity of your choice
