Patricia "Pat" D. Moncada, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Spring, Texas, 
was born March 28, 1937, and passed away Friday, April 10, 2015. 

Funeral services will be held at a later date. 

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Jack A. Moncada; son, Mark Toups 
and wife, Pam Toups; son, Todd Toups and wife, Lori Toups; daughter, Krista 
Toups; adopted daughter, Donna Sabol; granddaughters, Alexis Toups and Carly 
Toups; grandson, Nick Seelhammer; stepchildren, Danny Moncada, Carlton Moncada 
and Karen Moncada; and nieces, Elizabeth Lovell and Kim Granier. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Godfrey P. Duet and Odette B. Duet; 
sister, Kathleen Clause; and niece, Kathy Gros. 

Pat was a longtime employee of St. Joseph Hospital/Thibodaux General Hospital. 
She enjoyed interior decorating, floral design and also had a very "green 
thumb" when it came to plants. 
She was a huge LSU fan. 

Pat loved her family unconditionally and will be deeply missed by all. 

Special thanks goes to the staff at St. Luke's Hospital in the Woodland's for 
their help and compassion towards our mother and to our family. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name can be made to the Texas 
Paralyzed Veterans.
