PATTERSON: DORIS R. "DUCKIE" PATTERSON: Departed this life on Tuesday, April 
14, 2015 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. 
She was 73, a native and resident of Labadieville, LA. 

Visiting at Morning Star Baptist Church, Brule Rd., Thibodaux, LA on Saturday, 
April 18, 2015 from 12:00am to Religious Services at 2:00pm. 

Burial in Morning Star Baptist Church cemetery, Brule Rd. 

Survived by her husband, Eddie Patterson, Sr.; 3 daughters, Lisa Stevens 
(Robert) of Petersburg, VA, Latonya Patterson of Houston, TX, and Tomeka Sims 
(Leon, Sr.) of Labadieville, LA; 2 sons, Eddie Patterson, Jr., and Tremel 
Patterson of Labadieville, LA; 1 stepson, Kenyatta Jones (Cotina) of 
Plattenville, LA; 1 sister-in-law, Leola Adams; 4 sisters, Linda Burdis 
(Richard), and Grace Ross (Martin) of Thibodaux, LA; Barbara Mollere (Elphage) 
of Napoleonville, LA, and Grace James (Lloyd) of Plattenville, LA; Also 9 
grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other 
relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Julia Griffin Adams; 1 sister, 
Eula Joyce Coleman; 1 brother, Lloyd Adams, Sr.; 1 daughter-in-law, Sheila 
Gipson Patterson; 1 niece, Joyce Coleman. Arrangements by Williams & Southall
