He is survived by his, His loving wife of Fifty-one years: Katherine Brunet 
Smith, Daughters: Martina Katherine Mary Smith and husband Kevin Boquet of 
Houma LA, Sister: Marleen Smith James of Baton Rouge LA, Grandchildren: Chelsea 
Boquet Deroche and husband Joshua of Columbia SC, Lindsey Boquet of Baton Rouge 
LA,

He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Prentice Lanier Griffith Smith, Sr. 
and Edith Gladys Elliot Smith, Brother: Prentice Lanier Griffith Smith Jr., 
Half-Sisters: Frances Hardin and Paula Haynes.
