Gerard Edward Zeringue, 87, was born on March 4, 1928 and passed away on April 
13, 2015. 
He was a native of Vacherie, LA.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Our Lady of Peace 
Catholic Church in Vacherie from 8:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of 
Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church cemetery.

He is survived by his son, Craig Zeringue and wife Cindy and three 
granddaughters, Alison, Aimee, and Ashley Zeringue.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Zeringue; parents, Edward and Nezida 
Zeringue; brothers, Lloyd, Maurice, and Stanley Zeringue, and sisters, Mary Ann 
Stein, Enid Boudreaux, Eunice Simon, and Lois Scioneaux.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Our Lady of Peace Capital 
Campaign.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of handling the funeral arrangements.
