BALLARD, HARMONY RHY'LYN

Harmony Rhy'lyn Ballard, infant, died Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 9:35 a.m. at 
Terrebonne General Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 25, 2015 at 
Southdown Cemetery, 125 Civic Center Blvd, Houma, LA 70360.

She is survived by her parents, Ke'nesha Michelle Boudreaux and John Joseph 
Ballard, Jr.; one sister, Cali Weatherspoon; two brothers, Zye'land and J'haven 
Ballard; her paternal grandfather, John Ballard, Sr.; her maternal 
grandparents, Jessica and Elton Short, Sr. and Jude Harding (Shannon Quick); 
and her maternal great-grandmother, Imogene Boudreaux.

She was preceded in death by: her paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Ballard.

Jones Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
