Robert C. "Bob" Bushnell, 55, a native and resident of Raceland, died Tuesday, 
May 19, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday, May 22, at First 
Baptist Church in Lockport. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the 
church. 

He is survived by his wife, Gertie Melancon Bushnell; children, Margaret 
Elizabeth Bushnell, Bryan Neely, Jana Beth LeCompte and Michael Pete Neely; 
sisters, Jo Ann Catalanotto and Betty Jo Quatrevingt; eight grandchildren; and 
six great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ocy Bushnell and Margaret Glaze 
Bushnell; sister, Ruby Bollinger; infant brother; and granddaughter, Vannessa 
Neely. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
