Donald Newton Denning, 70, died Friday, May 8, 2015. 
He was a native of Robstown, TX and resident of New Iberia, LA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 14, 2015 from 1:00 PM until Service 
time at Chauvin Funeral Home (5899 Hwy 311 Houma, LA 70360 985.868.2536) with 
the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM 

Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray, LA.

He is survived by his, Wife, Sherry Saucier Bushnell-Denning, Daughters, Donna 
Denning of Boulder, Colorado and Diana Denning of Lafayette, Louisiana, 
Brothers, Charles Denning of Berwick, Louisiana, Curtis Denning of Bourg, 
Louisiana, Lloyd Dwayne Denning of Dulac, Louisiana, Many step children, 
grandchildren and nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Lloyd George Denning and Vaudie Lou 
Hodge Denning, Brother, J.W. Denning and Michael Denning,

Donald worked at Linear Controls as a Generator Technician until his illness. 
He received tremendous support from his friends at Linear. He loved working 
offshore and working on generators. 

Donald restored old tractors and loved riding his Kabota, wearing a straw hat 
and grinning from ear to ear. 
He was a pilot, a diver and was a member of the Mensa Club. 

He was a wonderful husband, father, brother in law and a friend to many people. 
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Mr. Andre' Clemons and Ryan 
Richard of Linear Controls.

He will be sadly missed by his family and friends
