John Lee Gustin, Sr., 72, a native of Green, OH. and a resident of Gray, died 
Tuesday, May 12, 2015. 

He was a kind man. Those he called his friends were close to his heart. May he 
rest in peace.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Survivors:
Sons - Jody, John and Billy
Daughters - Annette, Kim, Kelly and Angel
Grandchildren - Leanne, Frankie, Joe, Zack, Connor, Rody, Ruby, Kali, Jana, 
Chad, Gavin, Jo-leigh, Rae lynne, Ashley, Micheal and Kenzie
Great Grandchildren - Madison and Christian

Preceded in death by:
Parents - Donald and Bonnie Gustin
Brother - Jimmy Gustin
Grandson - Charlie Fox
