HEBERT, BRADLEY 

Bradley J. Hebert, 68, a native and resident of Choctaw, died Sunday, May 31, 
2015. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday, June 3, at 
Thibodaux Funeral Home. 
Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 

with burial in St. James Chapel Cemetery in Choctaw. 

He is survived by his mother, Tessie B. Hebert; daughter, Laurie Hebert; 
brothers, Johnny, Bruce, Gene Sr., Steve and Patrick Hebert; sisters, Melissa 
Stein, Joyce Borne, Janet Becnel and Phyllis Reulet; and grandsons, DeAndre and 
Devin Hebert. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Jean L. Hebert; and grandparents, Oleus 
and Olivia O. Hebert, and Adam and Louise T. Benoit. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
