Visitation will take place on Monday May 25, 2015 at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm and on Tuesday May 26, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9:00 am till service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with burial following in Cheramie Cemetery. Mr. Nolan is survived by his wife of 68 years Octavia "Tavie" Rousse Lasseigne, son Ira Lasseigne and wife Jennifer, daughter Charlene L. Danos and husband Glenn, Charlotte L. Guidry and husband Freddy, Robin L. Rogers and husband Joey, Penny L. Mongrue and husband Stan, daughter-in-law Celeste P. Lasseigne, 21 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, brothers Arsen Jr., Ivy Jr., Norby. and Johnny Sr., and sister Myrna L. Blanchard. Mr. Lasseigne was preceded in death by his parents Arsen Sr. and Cisca Ledet Lasseigne, son Nolan Lasseigne Jr, brothers Alec and Wilbert, sisters Augustine Martin Breaux and Gloria Lasseigne. He was a WWII Army veteran, a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church and an active member of his community. Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano entrusted with arrangements.
