LEWIS, SAM SONNY 
June 25, 1945 - May 05, 2015

Sam Sonny Lewis, 69. A native and resident of Houma, LA died on Tuesday, May 5, 
2015 at Terrebonne General Medical Center.

A celebration of life for Mr. Sam "Sonny" Lewis will be held at Miracle Revival 
Center Church 1200 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, LA 70380 on Saturday, May 16, 
2015. 

He will have visitation from 9:00a.m. until funeral time at 11:00a.m. His 
service will be officiated by Rev. Evelyn Sears. 

He will buried at Southdown Cemetery 125 Civic Center Blvd., Houma, LA 70360.
