Visitation will be on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at St. Genevieve Catholic Church from 8:00 am till funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. He is the beloved husband of Shirley N. Ordoyne; daughters, Donna Danos and husband Richard, Brenda Dobney and husband Gregory, Caryn Bunn and husband James, Pam Richardson and husband Forrest; daughter in law, Bernadette Ordoyne; grandchildren, Travis Odroyne, Tara Ordoyne, Kade Ordoyne, Derek Dobney, Claire Bunn, Reid Bunn, Elise Richardson, Erin Richardson, Angela Morrison and Brad Danos; great grandchildren, Brody Ordoyne, Brennan Ordoyne, and Timmy Redden. He is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Edna Doirion Ordoyne; brothers, Wilbert, Gilbert and Patrick Ordoyne; son, Allen Ordoyne; great granddaughter, Charley Ordoyne. Louis lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed the outdoor life, camping and traveling the states. When he wasn't camping he was carving monkeys, making iron figurines, and riding his bike. He enjoyed spending time with his family teaching his grandchildren how to whistle. He was never one to accumulate material possessions, but would give you his time and attention to the fullest. The family would like to send a special thanks to Dr. Patrick Walker, nurse Jayme Engeron, the ER staff and doctors at Terrebonne General and the caregivers and staff at Maison De Ville Nursing home for their care and support.
