Daniel "Butch" Paul Pellegrin, 72, a native and resident of Chauvin, died 
Sunday, May 31, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Friday, June 5, at St. 
Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at noon 
Friday at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Catholic Church cemetery in Chauvin. 

He is survived by his sons, Darrin Pellegrin, Daniel "Coon" Pellegrin and wife, 
Stacey, and Robert Pellegrin and wife, Christina; daughter, Rachel Pellegrin; 
brother, Eugene "Skip" Pellegrin; sister, Barbara Carlos; grandchildren, Jordy 
Pellegrin, Jase Pellegrin, Alexis Pellegrin, Matthew Johnson, Jacob Pellegrin 
and Emily Pellegrin; and great-grandchildren, Jardi Alease Pellegrin, Reid 
Christopher Pellegrin and Ali Grace Johnson. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Usy Joseph Pellegrin and Linda Theriot 
Pellegrin; brothers, Usy "Black" Pellegrin, David Pellegrin and Donald 
Pellegrin; and sister, Bella Authement. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
