Keith Templet: Departed this life on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Thibodaux Regional 
Medical Center. 
He was 58, a native of Marrero, La. and a resident of Houma, La.. 

Survived by his wife, Mary Templet of Houma, la.; 3 sons, Shane and Lance 
Templet and Kirk Breaux. 2 daughters, Amanda T.Wehmeyar and Yvette Lachute. 
Parents, Valerie Cozad and Richard Templet; 2 brothers, Brett and Troy Templet: 
2 sisters, Julie Griffin and Bridget Victorino; 5 grandchildren, 5 step 
grandchildren and a host of brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews other 
relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by 1 son, Chancey Templet; a brother, Chris Templet ; Father 
in law, Billy Cozad, Sr.. 

At his request remains were cremated. 

A memorial services will be held at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to the American Cancer 
Society of Thibodaux, La.
