Myra Walker-Zeringue, 64, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away 
Sunday, May 31, 2015. 

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home and 
from 10 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday, June 3, at St. Mary's Nativity 
Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at noon Wednesday at the 
church, 

with burial in St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church cemetery. 

She is survived by her companion, David Meyer; sons, Tommy Dean Pitre Jr. 
(Amiee) and Kenneth Joseph Babin Jr.; stepdaughter, Nicole Meyer; brother, 
Leroy "L.J." Walker Jr.; sister, Helen Nickens (Doug); grandchildren, Jade 
Pitre and Kade Babin; step-grandchildren, Angelina Ganel and Derek Lirette; and 
great-grandchild, Aaliyah Pitre. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Walker Sr. and Marie Adams 
Walker; grandson, Coty Pitre; and sister, Mary Ann "Totsy" Walker. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
