Jerry P. "Moose" Breaux, 76, was born on May 25, 1939 and passed away on June 
7, 2015. 
He was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Thibodaux 
Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until service time. A Memorial Service will be held 
at noon 

with burial to follow in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Phyllis Blanchard Breaux; children, 
John Landry and wife Vickie, Kammy Delatte and fiancé' Kent Terracina, Marie 
Wilson and husband Scott, Travis Breaux and wife Lien; 9 grandchildren, and 4 
great grandchildren; sister, Betty Thomas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gaston and Lelia Babin Breaux and 
brother, Lee Roy Breaux.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of handling the funeral arrangements.
