Eugene "Gene" LeCompte, Sr., 79, a native and a resident of Chauvin, LA , died 
Friday, June 26, 2015.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 10:30pm - 2pm at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at St. 
Joseph Catholic Church

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chauvin, LA

Wife - Deanna Martin LeCompte
Sons - Eugene LeCompte, Jr and Daniel LeCompte and wife Myra
Daughters - Darlene Pellegrin and husband Tillery and Lisa Pinell and husband 
Richard
Step-daughter - Sueanna Avet and husband Jeremy
Sister - Earline Naquin
Grandchildren - Ryan, Kristie, Shaina and Jarred LeCompte, Tate, Tyler and 
Trevor LeCompte, Gena, Shelby and Brett Pellegrin, Bradley Pinell and Halie

He loved running an excavator and being at the camp trolling

Devoted many years to Ward 7, Woodman of the World and the Lions Club.

We would like to thank Dr. Russell Henry for not only being our father's 
physician but his friend for the past 40 years. You have provided compassionate 
care to him as well as us for all this time and there are no words to express 
our Thanks.

To the staff of TGMC CCU and AMG, thank you for treating our father with the 
utmost compassion and care.
