Nelma V. Naquin, 76, a native of Raceland and resident of Thibodaux, died 
Monday, June 8, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday, June 12, at St. 
Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Friday at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph cemetery in Thibodaux. 

She is survived by her brother, Alvin Vedros and wife, Connie; sisters, Louise 
Foret and husband, Allen, and Alice Carlos and husband, Chester; and sister-in-
law, Beulah Vedros. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Naquin; parents, Sylvest and 
Evelina Vedros; son, Nolan Naquin Jr.; brother, Ranson Vedros; and sister, 
Doris Vedros. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
