Elnora Picou Wagner, 92,  a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish died 
Wednesday June 24 2015 at 10:58 a.m.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral 
will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Dularge Community Baptist 
Church, 524 Andrew St., Houma, LA 70360 with Rev. Gilbert R. Parker 
officiating. 

Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Allen Wagner (Janice), Danny Wagner (Karel) and 
Kenneth Dawson; daughters, Alice Westbrook and Elnora Louise Wagner; brother, 
Issac Picou, Sr.; Sister, Georgia Picou Thomas; thirty grandchildren and 
twenty-six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Wagner Sr.; her children, 
Arthur Wagner Jr. and Flossie Dawson; parents, Thomas and Flossie Watson Picou; 
and sibliings, Junius Reed, Thomas Picou Jr., Doretha Frye, Gladys Joseph and 
Verline Picou.

Jones Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements
