Charles Thomas Cortez, 57, a native of Kraemer and resident of Thibodaux, was 
born May 15, 1958, and passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date. 

He is survived by his brother, Paul Norris Cortez; and sisters, Emma Lou Rome 
and Shirley Landry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph F. Cortez 
and Elvire Usea Cortez; brother, Joseph Tracy Cortez; sister, Laura Mae 
Cedotal; and nephew, Shawn Cortez. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
