Anna Mae Martin Doucet, 87, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off 
passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015.

Visitation will be held at Christian Fellowship Church on Wednesday, July 15, 
2015 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 
a.m. 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Vincent J. (Judith) Doucet; daughter, Elaine 
Theresa Doucet; sister, Nancy Callais; grandchildren, Rhonda Guidry, Julie 
(Troy) Naquin, Darrin Doucet, Hope Bergeron, Warren Doucet, Joey Landry; great 
grandchildren, Jada (Ryan) Guidry Pitre, Elsie(Truett) Autin Sanchez, Jared 
(Kelsy) Guidry, Bob Guidry, Patrick Autin, Kelli (Jonathan) Delaune, Kevin 
(Michaela) Guidry, Dwana Tivet, Roddie (Andrea) Plaisance, Scottie Peavey, 
Shelby Peavey, C. Luke Peavey, Courtney Doucet, Austin Higgins, Jaci Guidry, 
Hunter Doucet; great great grandchildren, Beaux Guidry, Luke Pitre, Issac 
Guidry, Dax Guidry, Xander Sanchez, Joshua Guidry, Amaris Horn, Roman Sanchez, 
Mia Guidry, Jake Pitre, Jillian Tivet, Allison Guidry, Eli Sanchez, Daniel 
Tivet, Jr., Khloe Plaisance.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alcide Antoine Doucet; parents, 
Joseph C. Martin and Julie Collins Martin; son, Nelson Doucet; daughter, Nelda 
Doucet; brothers, Luke Joseph Martin, Manuel Adam Martin; sisters, Leona Marie 
Guidry, Evella M. Guidry, Eva Irene Terrebonne; granddaughter, Dana Autin; 
great grandsons, Paul Autin, Joshua Guidry; great grandson-in-law, Lynn Guidry.

She was an avid gardening, flowers, humming birds, sewing, quilting and 
genealogy.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
