Doris Loupe Guidry,75, a native of Lockport and a resident of Choupic, LA 
passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015. 

A visitation will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church on 
Friday, July 24, 2015 from 8:30 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian 
Burial will take place at 10:30 AM 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery. 

She is survived by her husband Earl John (Git) Guidry, her daughters, Tammy 
Lassere and husband, Ashley; Cheryl Landry and husband, Barry; Christine 
Gravois; and Dolly Landry and husband, Keith; her sons, Richard Paul Guidry, 
and Todd John Guidry and wife, Candy, and her brother, Sidney Loupe, Jr. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sindey and Mable Delaune Loupe, a 
brother, Herman Loupe, a sister, Betty Loupe Plaisance, a grandson, Chad Paul 
Gravois, and a son-in-law, Martin Gerard Gravois. Mrs. Guidry will be deeply 
missed by her sixteen grandchildren and her twenty-two great grandchildren. 

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
