Mabel Gros Thibodaux, 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA passed away on 
Friday, July 10, 2015.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 5:00 
PM till 9:00PM and on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 8:00AM till 10:45 AM at 
Thibodaux Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at 
St. Joseph Co Cathedral. 

Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Francis "Tee" Gros and wife Michele, Alice 
Gros Metrejean, and Perry "Pappy" Gros and wife Kathy; step-sons, Larry 
Thibodaux and Robert Thibodaux; brothers, Manuel Thibodaux Sr. and Wesley 
Thibodaux; sister, Ethel "Blonde" Blanchard and Anna Marie Thibodaux; step-
mother, Gladys Thibodaux; 9 grandchildren, 17 great- grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Francis D. Gros Sr.; 2nd husband, 
Jessie Thibodaux; parents, Alex Thibodaux and Bridget Deroche Thibodaux; 
brother, Huey Thibodaux.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
