Ethel "Butsey" Burrell, 82, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Wednesday, 
Aug. 12, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday, Aug. 22, at Moses 
Baptist Church. 
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in the church cemetery. 

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Robertson; son, James Burrell Jr.; 
sister, Georgiana Lewis; brother, Joseph Cutno; four grandchildren; two great-
grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Burrell Sr.; parents, Fannie 
and Blanchard Cutno Sr.; and brothers, Blanchard Jr, Lionel and Earl Cutno. 

Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
