Norma "To-Toot" Guidry Cheramie, 78, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, 
died at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015. 

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 21, at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in 
Cut Off and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday, Aug. 22, at Our Lady of 
Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. A Mass of Christian Burial will 
be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano. 

She is survived by her son, Earl J. Cheramie Sr. and wife, Jane, and Aman J. 
Cheramie Jr. and wife, Jo Anne; daughters, Earline T. Danos and husband, Emile, 
and Annette M. Cheramie and companion, Johnny Simon; sister, Rosalie Daigle; 10 
grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Aman J. Cheramie Sr.; parents, 
Rosemond and Leona Martin Guidry; brothers, Norman and Johnny Guidry; and 
sister, Jane Thibodeaux. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
