Robley P. "Dopey" Guidry Jr., 76, a native and resident of Houma, died Monday, 
Aug. 17, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 9:30a.m. until funeral time Friday, Aug. 21, at St. 
Gregory Catholic Church. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. 
Friday at the church, 

with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery II. 

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Toni Pizzolatto Guidry; sons, Paul 
Guidry and Peter Guidry and wife, Emily; granddaughters, Emilyn and Averi 
Guidry; grandsons, Ryan Guidry and wife, Katie, and Steven Guidry; great-
granddaughters, Ava Guidry and Chelesy Guidry; great-grandson, Steven Guidry 
III; sister, Loanalee Theriot and husband, Sid; and numerous nieces and 
nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robley P. "P.K." and Edith Guidry; 
sons, Dwayne and Steven Guidry; and sister, Jerry Sothern. 

Robley was a retired agent for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and 
Fisheries of 35 years. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and 
friends. 

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
