Henry Howard Jr., 58, a native of New Orleans and resident of Raceland, 
transitioned peacefully into eternal life Tuesday, August 11, 2015. 

Visitation will be 10 a.m. till funeral time Saturday, August 15, at Morning 
Star Baptist Church in Raceland. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. at the 
church, 

with burial in Morristown Cemetery. 

Henry leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Rose Smith Jones and Henry 
Howard Sr.; sons, Telvin Jones and Benny Holmes (Tawanda); daughter, Lakesha 
Holmes; brothers, Earl, Benjamin and Gerard Howard; sisters, Sheila Jackson 
(Ernest), Angela and Bernice Howard; one son-in-law and 12 grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his sister, Doris Marie Sergant. 

Kennedy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
