Chapman, age 87, of Burlington, North Carolina passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Liberty Commons after several months of failing health. Born in Terrebonne Parish, she was the daughter of the late Emilien LeBoeuf and the late Julia Henry LeBoeuf and was married over 19 years to James William Chapman, who survives. She was a longtime homemaker and was of the Christian faith. Mrs. Chapman is survived by her husband of Burlington; her daughter, Cynthia Lirette Trahan and her husband, Perry, of Cypress, TX; her son, Charles Joseph Lirette and his wife, Kerry, of Holly Springs, MS; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a sister Myrtle LeBoeuf Neal of Bourg. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Joseph Lirette; her parents; a son, Henry Peter Lirette; a granddaughter, Julia Elizabeth Trahan; two sisters, Hilda LeBoeuf Naquin and Olivia Dupre, four brothers, Herbert, Robert, Marcelin “Mac” and Adrien “Pete” LeBouef. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Lena to the charity of your choice. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. A private burial will be held at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. ======================
