Memorial visitation will be Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 9am to 11am at Samart Funeral Home. Memorial Services will be Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 11am at Samart Funeral Home. Survived by Loving Wife of 35 years- Cindy Sue Prados DuBois Children- Elynn Tuggle and Etienne Joseph Lott of Hattiesburg, MS, Kevin DuBois of Sterling, VA Grandchildren- Hannah and Henry DuBois, Nickolas and John Sullivan, and Ray Lott Brothers- Jean DuBois and wife Brenda of Bayou L'ourse, Carroll DuBois and wife Catherine of Pierre Part, Lee DuBois and wife Pam of Gibson, and Chuck DuBois of Jacksonville, Fl Sisters- Brenda Daigle and husband Bobby of Middleburg, FL, Sue Floyd and husband Lawrence of Deridder, and Donna Arceneaux of Bayou Vista Brother in law- Homer Dupuy Sister in law- Diane Sons Preceded in death by Parents- Ernest DuBois Sr. and Anna Turner Brother- Ray DuBois Sister- Lois Dupuy Ernest was an active member of the American Legion Post of Gray Georgia, a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue, an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting deer and turkey, and cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He was kind and generous who would do anything for anybody. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. The family would like to give a special thanks to St. Joseph Hospice for all their hard work.
