Chester Joseph Jr., 64, a native and resident of Chauvin, died at 4:04 a.m. 
Thursday, September 10, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday, September 19, at 
St. Peter Baptist Church in Montegut. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. at the 
church, 

with burial in Bisland Cemetery. 

He is survived by brothers Rodney, Phillip (Carla) and the Rev. James (Rose) 
Joseph; sister, Winnie Bell Joseph: and a host of other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Winnie Bell Sims-Joseph; 
and grandmothers, Ethel Bolden and Pearly Smith. Jones Funeral Home in Houma is 
in charge of arrangements.
