Joyce Theresa Marcel, 63, died Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11:42 AM.
She was a native of Thibodaux, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm 
at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Friday, September 11, 2015 from 9:00am to 
service time at First Presbyterian Church of Bayou Blue.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 12:00pm at First 
Presbyterian Church of Bayou Blue.

She is survived by her,
Mother: Mary Alice Bergeron,
Daughters: Kim and James Patton, and Kristie and Mitchell Shockley,
Brother: Samson Bergeron Jr. and Treva,
Sisters: Dale and Alan Rini,and Ruby and Judie Daigle,
Grandchildren: Blane and Nichole Smith, Blair and Delaney, and Blaze Smith, and 
Eric Michael Shockley, and
Great Grandchildren: Ava Rose, Ryder James, and Tucker Michael Smith.

She was preceded in death by her,
Father: Samson Bergeron Sr., and
Niece: Bethany Rini Price,

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Bayou Blue.

She was fun loving, caring, and always provided for her family and friends.

She was a bus driver for thirty three years working for the Terrebonne Parish 
School System.

Her character, joy, love and presence will never be forgotten.
