Donald J. Pertuit, 71, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away Friday, 
Sept. 25, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 
St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian Burial 
will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. 

He is survived by his wife, Babs Pertuit; sons, Dane Broussard and wife, Marit, 
Shane Broussard and wife, Misty, and Ross Pertuit and wife, Stephanie; and nine 
grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Javy and Edna A. Pertuit. Donald was a 
U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
