Michael Anthony Thibodeaux Sr., 62, a resident of Gray, was born Aug. 18, 1953, 
in New Orleans, and passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, at Thibodaux Regional 
Medical Center. 

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at Samart Funeral Home in Houma 
and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday, Oct. 2, at St. Louis Catholic 
Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, 

with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray. 

He is survived by his wife, Jackie Ford Thibodeaux; son, Michael Thibodeaux Jr. 
and companion, Jackie Gagneaux; daughter, Aimee Barbier and husband, Cody; 
brother ,Joseph Thibodeaux; sisters, Justilia Bowers and Cynthia Thibodeaux; 
and grandchildren, Peyton, Jayden and Braylon Thibodeaux and Bryce and Madyson 
Barbier. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Murphy and Marjorie Bonamour 
Thibodeaux; brother, Rodney "Rocky" Thibodeaux Sr.; and sister, Loma 
Thibodeaux. Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
