Bertha was born in Mathews, LA, spent the majority of her life in Bridge City, LA and lived her golden years in Carriere, MS. She was employed by American Manufacturing in the early 60s and worked side-by- side with her husband throughout the years. She was the beloved wife of the departed Leonce "Black" Truxillo; the devoted mother of Ronald Truxillo (Barbara), Carol Fasullo (late Paul), Debra Bise (Lloyd). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. She is preceded in death by her parents; Eddie and Edvige Roussel St. Pierre; brothers, Louis, Eddie, Edgar St. Pierre and sisters, Cecile Barrios, Celina Truxillo and Vivian Truxillo. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at St. Mary's Nativity Church in Raceland from 9:00 am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church starting at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Mary's Nativity Church cemetery in Raceland. Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is entrusted with arrangements. ======================
