Samuel "Sammy" A. Clement Jr., 81, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died 
Thursday Oct. 15, 2015. 

He is survived by his first former wife, Rose M. Clement; sons, David P. 
Clement and Brian S. Clement; daughters Denice C. Collinson, Roslyn C. Daigle 
and Stacy A. Clement; brothers Ronald Clement and Millard Clement; sisters 
Claire Shinn, Amelia Heck, Janet Toups and Ann Black; 12 grandchildren and 11 
great-great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his second former wife, Margie Clement; parents 
Inez Avet and Samuel "Sam" Clement; son, Perry J. Clement and sisters Brenda 
Clement and Merrill Clement. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
