She is survived by her two children James "Jimbo" Bodenheimer, Jr. of Shreveport and Becky Bodenheimer Beach; husband Eric of Kingsport, TN; six grandchildren Benjamin, Hannah Grace, Andrew, Sherianne Elizabeth, Katherine (Katie) and John Mark Beach; brothers Wallace Jr. "T-Boy", Robert "Robear," Barry, Greg and Gerard Roger; and former husband James "Jim" Bodenheimer, Sr. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Durocher and her loving parents, Wallace Roger Sr. and Beulah Ordogne Roger. Sheila was a 1966 graduate of Thibodaux High School and attended Loyola University before becoming a housewife. She faced many health related challenges in her life and remained strong and courageous while maintaining a keen sense of humor until the very end. Sheila's indomitable spirit encouraged her family and friends to persist in the face of many struggles. Her passion was her children and grandchildren whom she so loved and upon which her legacy endures. She had the largest brown eyes that would light up when you entered the room or spoke of her grandchildren. "NaNa" will be missed but not forgotten. A family gathering and memorial service along with the internment of her ashes will take place at a later date in her hometown of Thibodaux. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, Brain & Behavior Research Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or a charity of your choice. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Care Center in Bossier City for their loving care and attention. ======================
