W.B. "Bee" Jones Jr was a native of Pelahatchie, MS and a long time resident of 
Houma, LA. He passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Friday 
October 30, 2015. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 9:00am to 11:00am at 
First United Methodist Church. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, 
November 2, 2015 at 11:00am at First United Methodist Church. 

Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 will be held by the family at a later 
date. 

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of fifty-four years; Frances 
Jones, his children;, Michael G. Smith Sr. and wife Hyon Chu,  Jan Jones and 
husband Randy Barnett,  Tricia Cannon and husband Daniel, Bobby Jones and 
husband Robert Hall, David Jones and wife Monique, and Neta Wright and husband 
Doc, grandchildren; Ginny Tabor and husband Med, Seth Cannon and wife Kari, 
Michael G. Smith Jr and Ashley, Lindsey Cannon and fiance' Jeff, Joshua Cannon 
and wife Jenna, Caitlin Jones, Taylor Wright and Jacob, Kylie Smith, Lauren 
Jones, Allie Wright, Benjamin Jones, Jonathan Jones, great grandchildren; 
Makenzi and Evie Cannon, Bradyn and Claire Tabor, Jaxon and Maddox Cannon, and 
Myles Smith, his brother and sisters; Rose Marie Murphree, Ann Hutchinson, 
Kathleen Larsen, and Harold Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Wiley B. Jones Sr. and Marie Massey 
Jones, son; Richard Jones, brother; Bobby Jones, and grandsons; Thomas and 
Joseph Wright,.
 
Bee was a devoted husband and a loving father and Beepaw. He was a Captain in 
the U.S. Airforce. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Bee 
was an avid bowler, a Board Member of the Houma Bowling Association and was 
inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame.

The family would like to extend our "thank you" to The Oaks of Houma for all 
the loving care given to our family.
