Dolores Curole Bourgeois, 77, a native of Valentine, LA and a resident of 
Raceland, passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on Friday, Nov. 6, 
2015. 

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8 and from 8 a.m. 
until 10:45 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Raceland, 

with burial in St. Mary Catholic Church cemetery in Raceland. 

She is survived by her son, Leverence Bourgeois Jr. and wife, Katie; daughter, 
Doreen Bourgeois Theriot and husband, Farrel; sister, Dovie Curole Lyons; seven 
grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren on the 
way. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leverence Bourgeois Sr.; and parents, 
Philocles and Frances Autin Curole. 

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
