These close friends and extended family were also caregivers during his hospital stays. He especially loved all his little grandbabies and great grandbabies, and his special little girl, his dachshund, Sadie. Conrad retired from Avondale Shipyards after 36 years of service. He was one of the founders of A.S.I. Federal Credit Union. He went on to work for Falck in Houma, LA for several years after his retirement. Conrad's love, warm smile, and his kind heart will live on in the memories of all who knew and loved him. He was an extremely generous man and helped many people throughout his 84 years.
