Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2015/f1511.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Alice Mae Lirette, 86, a native of The St. Charles Community and resident of Thibodaux was born on May 19, 1929 and passed away on November 17, 2015. Visitation will be at St. Joseph Co Cathedral on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 8:00 AM till funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. She is survived by her sisters, Anna Belle Samanie, Mary Raffray, Joyce Pitre; sister-in-law, Deanna Lirette, brothers-in-law, Roy Tabor, Fred Clement and Maurice Pitre, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Agnes Use’ Lirette; brothers, Charles and Norman Lirette; sisters, Agnes Pecor, Earline Lirette, and Lois Tabor. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Thibodaux Healthcare Center and St. Catherine’s Hospice of LaPlace. A special thanks to Dr. Chester Boudreaux, Dr. Neil Maki and Nicole Orgeron. A very special thanks to Deanna Lirette for all her dedication and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
