Elvina "Bessie" Mosely, 87, a native and resident of Gibson, passed away 
Sunday, Nov. 1 at her daughter's resident in Patterson, La. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7 at St. James 
Baptist Church, 6319 S. Bayou Black Dr. in Gibson. Funeral Services will be at 
11 a.m., 

with burial in the St. James Baptist Church Cemetery. 

She is survived by her daughter, Pastor Doreen M. Francis of Patterson; 
Brother, Percy (Donna) Smith of Shriver; two sisters, Mamie Coleman and Gloria 
Young both of Houma; daughter-in-law, Michelle Mosely of Houma; 19 
grandchildren; 55 great- grandchildren; and one great- great -grandchild. 

Officiating minister is Rev. Roland Bradly and Rev Aaron Cotton, Pastor. 

Otis Mortuary of Franklin, La. is in charge of arrangements.
