Visitation will take place Nov. 23, 2015, at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Nov. 24, 2015, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.; and at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 12 p.m. until service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 2 p.m. with burial following in Cheramie Cemetery. Mr. Stanley is survived by his wife of 51 years, Linda M. Rousse; children, Darrin S. Rousse and wife, Marta S. Bermudez, Stephanie R. Bellanger and husband, Steven P. Bellanger Jr., and Melanie A. Rousse; grandchildren, Sophia Isabelle Rousse and Michelle Elise Rousse; brothers, Chester Rousse, Mike Rousse, Rodney Rousse, and Ozema Rousse; and sister, Janita R. Guidry. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Elizabeth Rousse; parents, Webb and Aza B. Rousse; brothers, Ejay Rousse and Leroy Rousse; and sisters, Lorena R. Ledet and Octavia R. Lasseigne. Mr. Stanley enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, making wine, boiling seafood and spending time with his family. He adored being called Papa by his granddaughters. In his semi-retirement from the oilfield, he worked for Edison Chouest as a security guard. Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is entrusted with arrangements. ======================
