She was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Monday, November 9, 2015 from 9:00 AM until Service time at Annunziata Catholic Church The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:00 PM at Annunziata Catholic Church. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James Joseph Savoie, children, Stephanie Savoie LeBouef and husband Timmy LeBouef, Sr, Allison Savoie Lirette companion, Cory Johnson and Stephen James Savoie, Sr and companion Stacy Boudreaux; grandchildren, Timmy Paul LeBouef, Jr and wife, Ciera Scott LeBouef, Alaina Aimee Lirette, Tamalee Jane Savoie and Stephen James Savoie, Jr, great grandchildren, Emileigh Marie LeBouef and Timmy Paul LeBouef III, and sister, Joanne Jaccuzzo Voisin. She was preceded in death by her, parents, Joseph Jaccuzzo and Florence Marie Cadiere Jaccuzzo, and sister, Gail Jaccuzzo Neil. Theresa was an extraordinary mother, wife, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and teacher. She was a dedicated retired school teacher with 30+ years of service. She loved life, her family, and friends. She was very compassionate in everything she did in life and gave her all in every aspect, especially teaching her students. She had many special friends that she played bingo with and was a magnificent caregiver for all of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, traveling and going to bingo. She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. We would like to thank our special friends and family for being there and supporting us when we needed them most. We would also like to thank Father Benny, Father Mike, Deacon Ambrose Ayzinne, and St. Joseph Hospice staff for their extraordinary care and love for mom. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Annunziata Catholic Church in Memory of Theresa Savoie. ======================
