Carolyn "Denise" Vizinat August, 47, a native of Thibodaux and a resident of 
Raceland, died Wednesday, December 02, 2015.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma 
from 9am - 11am
Religious Services Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma 
at 11am

Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Gray, LA

Companion - Donald Smith, Sr.
Sons - Mark August and wife Lauren and William August, Jr and companion
